Faith Oludimu, Founder and CEO of T and T Event Planning Company is wife to Mr. Ayodeji Oludimu and an exquisite mother of two exceptionally gifted girls who sing, dance and do other performing arts at events. A devotee and advocate of godly family values, as such their home is a delight; graced with peace and love which form the foundation of her business ethics. She is an exceptional leader, an astute administrator, a prolific manager and an amazing people’s person. She always seeks above all else to efficiently meet and exceed clients’ expectation.
She has unequivocal keenness for identifying client specific and unique needs. She has mastered the art of developing event-specific plans, securing venues and driving marketing efforts to maximize attendance. Coupled with her expertise in handling day-of event responsibilities, is her thoroughness in managing post-event evaluation to determine best practices. Her established success in leading vendor negotiations and administering event budgets is second to none.
She also has ample experience in overseeing a full range of components for both small- and large-scale events such as weddings, birthdays, retirement parties, and new business openings, graduation day, engagement, wedding, baby shower, bridal’s shower, holy communion, curtail, sweet sixteen, wake-keeping, housewarming party, memorial, Christmas party, Easter retreat, bar/bat Mitzvah and more; acquiring event locations, coordinating interior decoration of venues, and managing catering services.
She has successfully planned, coordinated and executed several events for both individual and corporate clients across the United State. She is particularly gifted in managing client’s budget no matter how small or great; seeking ways to reduce costs yet focusing on delivering excellence. She endeavors to build good relationships through effective interpersonal relations, and people skills. She also has unique networking and problem solving skills with the ability to multitasking and work effectively under pressure.
She has a crush on fashion. She seeks to inspire and encourages young girls in the United State and around the world to live their dream by providing a platform for them to showcase their skills in creative design.
